Let's Work Together


I work with a limited number of clients one-on-one to build customized fueling plans, adjust nutrition to their training needs, and challenge food rules and disordered eating habits. My specialties are athletes with orthorexia or an eating disorder diagnosis, active women who have a missing or irregular menstrual cycle, and athletes who are recovering from injury or have an injury history and want to stay healthy during their training. 


I offer individual sessions (in packages of 2-4) depending on the level of support you're looking for and what goals you're hoping to work on. I also offer monthly coaching for athletes looking for ongoing support and accountability without spending hours of their time in sessions. All of my sessions are virtual.
