Mini Package

Who You Are... 

  • You just want a couple of sessions or a quick check-in regarding a specific issue or goal

  • You have a goal race in mind and you want to nail your fueling

  • You're not a runner, but you're looking to perfect your fueling strategy

What's included?

  • Two 45 minute sessions (1 initial, 1 follow up)

  • Custom race day or competition fueling plan

  • OR custom meal/snack recommendations based on client food log

1:1 Sessions

Who You Are... 

  • You have a complex relationship with food/body, a history of disordered eating, or a health concern (like an injury or a missing period)

  • You're not ready for ongoing support but you need more detail than a quick check in or aren't sure where to start

  • You're under 18 years old

What's included?

  • 4 sessions/block (initial session is 60 min, follow ups are 45 min)

  • E-mail support in between sessions

  • Option to submit food journals for review

  • Communication about updated goals with each session

Monthly Coaching

Who You Are... 

  • You have a busy schedule and don't have time for lengthy sessions

  • You need a higher level of accountability to stay motivated and on track

  • You prefer ongoing support for a training block or a health goal (such as restoring a period)


What's included?

  • Initial 60-minute session + 25-minute check in's every 2 weeks (requires initial 3-month commitment with option to renew monthly thereafter)

  • Weekly food log feedback

  • Weekly communication and support via e-mail or text

  • Nutrition and hydration protocols based on goals and needs

  • Meal Planning Guide + grocery suggestions

  • Custom race day/competition plans
