Hey there! I’m Kristin, a Registered Dietitian and distance runner from Dallas, TX. I’m on a mission to help runners and triathletes achieve confidence in their training nutrition without the frustration of falling short or missing opportunities to perform to their potential.
I know that food is the best kind of fuel, and I believe in a food-first approach to nutrition that’s free from unnecessary restriction or elimination.
