Hey! I'm Kristin.

Hey there! I’m Kristin, a Registered Dietitian, RRCA certified running coach, and distance runner in Texas. I’m on a mission to help endurance athletes achieve confidence in their training nutrition without the frustration of falling short or missing opportunities to perform to their potential.

I know that food is the best kind of fuel, and I believe in a food-first approach to nutrition that’s free from unnecessary restriction or elimination. I also know that food is more than fuel - it’s a means of connection, relationship, and joy. If you're a burned-out athlete or active individual looking for answers, I’m here to help you ditch fad diets and underfueling and rediscover your love of food - without sacrificing your performance.

What I Do

"I get discouraged by eating a lot of food for marathon training and it was hard to add the calories needed for training successfully... I would get tired of meal prepping or life would get in the way. Kristin has made a very positive impact on my fueling! She’s giving me tons of tips on how to add nutritious calories to foods I’m already eating and provided suggestions based on my individual lifestyle and fueling.
